Cancellation Policy For all bookings we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Full payment is due for all cancellations which occur within 24 hours. This stands for all services under Masha's care including dog walking, pet poppins, pet sitting, dog training, pet taxi and dog boarding
All bookings made with Masha's are subject to this policy Bookings confirmed through text are classed as booked and are subject to the cancellation fee
Cancellations of Boarding and Pet sitting If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of booking then full payment is due If cancellation occurs within 2 - 7 days before booking then 50% of payment is due If cancellation occurs before 7 days then the 25% non refundable and non transferable deposit is lost
Our cancellation policy stands in all regards, including COVID-19 related incidents.
Dogs allowed for boarding stays or day care We allow all friendly, sociable dogs for boarding and day care as long as they pass their familiarisation session and their trial night stays and they are up to date with vaccinations (including kennel cough), worming and flea treatments
Non-Neutered females are not permitted to stay as we do not allow bitches in season Non-Neutered males are allowed to stay at our discretion. However we do not allow any aggressive behaviours
We do not allow dogs which can not be left for any period of time or exhibit separation anxiety (Although all dogs are only left for minimal times if at all and no dogs are left unless they are familiar with each other and have undergone thorough assessments by ourselves)
All dogs must be well and healthy 24 hours prior to the start of the bookings and display no signs of illness
